n Ortho
n IVR
n ENM + Surgery + Cardio
n Required Skills
n Good knowledge of Medical Coding
n Solid understanding of Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology
n Knowledge of CPT, ICD-9-CM, HCPCS & AMA Guidelines
n Claims Management and/or Customer Service experience is an added advantage
n Good verbal and written communication skills
n Proficiency in Microsoft Office




n Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
n High productivity and accuracy
n Job Responsibilities
n Review patient medical records and assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
n Apply CPT, ICD-9-CM, HCPCS, and other coding guidelines.
n Associate diagnosis codes with appropriate CPT codes for accurate reimbursement.
n Verify chart count and maintain daily/monthly MIS reports.
n Perform quality checks and monitor coding accuracy.
n Track coding errors and maintain quality metrics.
n Handle denial follow-up and appeals, when required.
n Conduct specialty training for experienced coders.
n Ensure compliance with client requirements and Information Security policies.
