1. Construction Finance business

2. High Value Mortgage business

3. Retail Mortgage business

4. Home Loans

5. Corporate Finance Group

6. Any other division under Aditya Birla Finance Limited which deals with real estate related finance.

Areas of excellence Includes:

- Risk evaluation: Evaluation of different risks related to underlying security i.e. real estate property.

- Internal Controls / Audits: Carrying out audits to check security, integrity related risks.

- Data & MIS Management:?Portfolio Management.

- Vendor Management: Managing External Valuation Agencies.

- Turn Around Time (TAT): Maintaining requisite TAT through vendors.

- General administration: Real Estate Updates, Maintaining zone Base Master.
