Urgent Hiring | Manager – Warehouse Operations | Farrukhnagar, Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse activities for a growing Retail / FMCG – Perfume & Fragrance Manufacturing organization.

Software: ERP – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Lead warehouse manpower and ensure optimum utilization of resources.

- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation and cycle counting.

- Manage RM, PM, WIP and finished goods storage and movement.

- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper batch-wise inventory control.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, Sales and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.

- Monitor daily warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, picking accuracy, dispatch TAT and warehouse productivity.

- Ensure proper material identification, bin management, labeling and location control.

- Drive warehouse process improvement, 5S, space optimization and productivity improvement.

- Ensure safe handling and storage of perfumes, fragrances,



chemicals and packaging materials as applicable.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and company policies.

- Handle warehouse documentation, MIS and ERP-based transactions.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and investigate inventory variances.

- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely dispatches.

- Maintain proper records for inward/outward materials, returns, damages and shortages.

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Warehouse / Stores / Logistics Operations.

- Experience in Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, Perfume, Fragrance or Consumer Products is highly preferred.

- Strong experience in handling large-volume inventory and warehouse operations.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems is mandatory.

- Good understanding of inventory control, warehouse processes and material movement.

- Strong team-management and leadership skills.

- Positive analytical, problem-solving and coordination abilities.

- Candidates with experience in manufacturing + finished-goods warehouse operations will be preferred.
