Job Purpose
Drive business growth for digital financial products using Consumer AI, first-party data, and performance marketing.
Enable the right customers to discover the right products at the right time across App and Web.
Own the complete journey from business planning ? execution ? delivery of growth results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning & Strategy
• Create annual and quarterly growth plans
• Set targets for acquisition, ROI, and budgets
• Identify opportunities for discovery, cross-sell
• Convert business goals into clear digital and AI-led initiatives

Consumer AI–Led Discovery & Personalization
• Work closely with Data science and AI team to create customer segment using behaviour, transactions (UPI/spend), and portfolio data
• Build AI recommendation engines to show relevant products
• Set up and automate remarketing framework to cater drop off user to increase funnel efficiency

Product & Delivery Ownership
• Prepare and manage BRDs/PRDs for recent features and improvements
• Work closely with PMO, Product, Data Science,



and Engineering teams to finalize requirements
• Perform rigorous testing (UAT), and releases
• Ensure timely delivery with clear business impact

Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
• Manage paid and organic channels (Search, Social, Affiliates, SEO/ASO)
• Improve the full funnel: Discovery ? Click ? KYC ? Approval ? Activation ? Repeat usage
• Run regular A/B tests to improve conversions and reduce costs
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance

Team & Stakeholder Management
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 marketers
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Analytics, CRM, and external partners
• Align all teams toward common growth goals
Required Qualifications and Experience
Ideal Profile
• 8-10 years in performance/growth marketing
• Strong hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns
• Comfortable with data, numbers, and experimentation
• Detail-oriented executor with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in fintech/lending/App growth is a plus
