Job Description About the Role
n We are looking for a Creative Strategist with experience in the real estate industry to develop end-to-end marketing strategies, campaign concepts, content, and market intelligence that drive qualified leads and strengthen brand positioning.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Develop creative strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.
n Create campaign concepts, mood boards, messaging, and creative direction and creative visualizer.
n Develop content strategy and write short-form and long-form copy including blogs, landing pages, ads, brochures, emailers, and social media.
n Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
n Develop Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for project launches.
n Conduct market research, trend analysis, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
n Create campaign calendars and communication plans.
n Collaborate with design, content, digital marketing, and sales teams.




n Support campaign optimization through strategic recommendations.
n Own campaigns from concept to execution (end-to-end campaign creation).
