n We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will play a key role in managing client relationships and driving business growth.
n This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, negotiation, sales conversions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of design projects.
n You will be the bridge between the client and the creative team, ensuring clarity, trust, and successful project outcomes.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Outbound Sales and lead generation
n Communicate professionally with international clients via calls, chats, and emails




n Understand client requirements and guide them through our branding/design services
n Handle negotiations, proposals, and closing deals confidently
n Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure timely execution and delivery
n Manage project progress updates and ensure client satisfaction
n Deliver final design deliverables and brand assets in an organized manner
n Build long-term relationships and create repeat business opportunities
n Maintain excellent service standards throughout the customer journey
n n Required Skills & Qualifications
n n 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Handling
n Strong hands-on experience with Lead Generation Tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar
n Robust communication and negotiation skills
n Ability to build trust with premium/global clients
n Organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
n Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
n Understanding of creative services like branding, logo design, and digital services is an add-on
