Job Description TCS is hiring Pharmacovigilance
n Location – Mumbai
n Responsibilities:
n Case Intake, Data enter, Quality review information received pertaining to the case in the database. Refer to the Data entry conventions for any questions while entering the data.
n Preferred experience in ARISg, LSMV, NavaX database.
n Minimum experience of more than 2 years in Pharmacovigilance.
n Carry out the medical coding for the Event and the Disease tab.
n Communicate medical queries to the Medical Advisor and process related queries to the Team lead.
n Identify and communicate issues/potential issues to the Team Lead on time.
n Perform tasks/activities as communicated by the Team Lead.
n Provide regular status reports on work completion to Team Lead.
n Escalation of identified unresolved issues to Team Lead on time.
n Participate in regular team meetings.
n Participate in Client interactions and telecon if required..
