n Wondrlab India is a marketing transformation company that partners with brands to create impactful marketing solutions across strategy, creativity, content, media, technology, and customer experience.
n We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – Client Servicing who is passionate about building solid client relationships and managing advertising and marketing projects from brief to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of advertising, marketing and brand communication, possess excellent stakeholder management skills, and be capable of coordinating with internal creative teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
n Key Responsibilities
n • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
n • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives, marketing requirements and brand needs.
n • Take detailed client briefs and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
n • Collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Content, Design and Production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
n • Manage multiple advertising and marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and quality standards.
n • Conduct regular client meetings, status calls and presentations, providing proactive updates on ongoing projects.




n • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of all campaign assets.
n • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
n • Ensure all client deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality expectations.
n • Prepare project timelines, meeting notes, status reports and campaign documentation.
n • Follow up with internal teams to ensure work is executed as per the client brief and agreed timelines.
n • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through relevant advertising and marketing solutions.
n • Develop a strong understanding of clients' businesses, industries, competitors and communication requirements.
n Eligibility Criteria
n • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related field.
n • 3–4 years of relevant experience in Client Servicing / Account Management with strong advertising agency experience.
n • Prior hands-on experience working on advertising campaigns is mandatory.
n • Proven experience managing client accounts and coordinating with creative teams.
n • Experience handling campaigns from planning and briefing through execution.
n • Candidates should have a strong understanding of advertising, marketing communication and brand campaigns.
