n n Edit and reformat acquired/licensed video content into engaging YouTube-ready videos.
n Podcast/talkshow handled previously.
n Ensure all edits comply with content usage rights, copyright, and platform policies.
n Enhance content with smooth transitions, text overlays, intros/outros, background music, and relevant graphics.
n Optimize videos for YouTube standards including pacing, aspect ratio, retention strategies, and metadata alignment.
n Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure videos meet channel goals and branding guidelines.
n Organize and manage media assets efficiently to maintain a consistent workflow.
n Stay current with YouTube editing styles, content trends, and best practices.
