Customer Support Executive – Chat & Voice

? Location: Hubballi, Karnataka

? Qualification: Any Degree

? Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

?️ Languages: English + Hindi + Kannada preferred

? Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month

- Handle customer queries through chat and voice





- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions

- Resolve issues professionally and within the required time

- Follow up with customers when required

- Maintain customer interaction records

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

- Maintain chat and voice support quality standards

? Requirements

- Any Degree

- Good communication skills

- Comfortable with both chat and voice support

- Basic computer knowledge

- Customer-friendly attitude

- Good listening and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to learn and work in a startup environment

- Freshers are welcome to apply
