n n Job Summary
n n We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the
n visual branding and marketing designs for our sweets and bakery business. The
n ideal candidate will have robust branding skills and experience in social media
n creative, packaging design, and promotional materials.
n n Key Responsibilities
n n  Design engaging social media posts, reels covers, banners, and promotional
n creative.
n  Create packaging designs for sweets, cake boxes, labels, and festive gift
n hampers.
n  Develop in-store branding materials such as posters, menu boards, and display
n visuals.
n  Design festival campaign creative (Diwali, Lohri, Rakhi,



Wedding Season,
n etc.).
n  Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
n  Collaborate with the marketing and production team for campaign planning.
n  Handle print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when required.

n n Qualification & Experience
n n  4–6 years of experience in graphic design.
n  Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and social media work.
n  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel DRAW/InDesign.
n  Experience in food, bakery or FMCG design preferred.
n  Knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials.
n  Creative mind-set with attention to detail.
n  Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
