n Create interactive e-learning modules, assessments, and multimedia content.
n Work with tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, H5P, Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
n Support learner engagement and continuously improve course effectiveness.

n n Robust understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
n Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS platforms.
n Excellent communication, collaboration, and content development skills.
