Job Description Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME)
n About the Role
n We are looking for a passionate and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning content in emerging technologies. The ideal candidate should possess robust technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring engineering students and working professionals.
n The SME will be responsible for curriculum development, content creation, instructor-led training, hands-on lab development, assessment design, and supporting academic institutions and corporate learning initiatives.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Design and develop industry-aligned curriculum and learning paths.
n Create engaging training materials, including presentations, lab manuals, coding exercises, case studies, assignments, and projects.
n Deliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training sessions.
n Mentor students during hands-on labs, capstone projects, and hackathons.
n Develop practical assessments, coding challenges, and evaluation rubrics.
n Collaborate with instructional designers and academic partners to improve learner outcomes.
n Provide technical guidance to trainers and support faculty enablement programs.
n Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into the curriculum.
