n Role Overview
n We are looking for a highly execution-focused Project Manager (PMO) to drive project execution discipline, requirements clarity, sprint management, documentation ownership, and delivery governance across engineering-led programs.
n This role is critical to ensuring structured execution, operational visibility, QMS compliance, and predictable delivery outcomes while working closely with engineering, development, and technical teams.

n Key Responsibilities
n Requirements & Documentation Ownership
n • Lead requirements gathering and documentation management including:
n – BRD (Business Requirement Documents)
n – FRD (Functional Requirement Documents)
n – SRS (Software Requirement Specifications)
n – Integration Plans
n – Acceptance Criteria
n • Ensure requirement clarity, scope stability,



and documentation governance.
n • Maintain documentation standards within ClickUp / PMO systems.
n • Support design acceptance, requirement freeze discipline, and execution readiness.
n Scrum & Project Execution Discipline
n • Lead daily scrum ceremonies across projects.
n • Convert approved WBS into sprint-ready deliverables with clear ownership and timelines.
n • Track progress, blockers, dependencies, risks, and sprint outcomes.
n • Drive alignment to daily, weekly, and sprint execution goals.
n Engineering Collaboration & Dependency Management
n • Work closely with engineering, development, and technical teams to:
n – Clarify requirements and expectations
n – Resolve dependencies
n – Identify risks early
n – Maintain execution focus
n • Drive delivery discipline and minimize scope leakage.
n PMO Governance & QMS Compliance
n • Ensure project artefacts comply with PMO and QMS standards.
n • Maintain RAID logs, documentation completeness, and execution records.
n • Support audits, governance reviews, and operational compliance activities.
n Reporting & Operational Visibility
n • Provide structured reporting inputs for:
n – Weekly Project Reviews
n – PMO Dashboards
n – Fortnightly Reviews
n • Ensure strong execution visibility and compliance with task tracking systems.
n Qualifications
n • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering,



Technology, or related disciplines
n • 3–6 years of Project Management experience
n • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
n • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
n • Project Management Certification preferred
n • Experience in technology startups, product companies, robotics, AI, automation, or engineering-led environments preferred.
