RECENT RELIC EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in observability/monitoring and 2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps.

Hands-on expertise with observability tools like Dynatrace, Dynatrace Grail, Grafana, Prometheus, Open Telemetry, Splunk, Big Panda, or Datadog.

Strong understanding of observability concepts (metrics, logs, traces, AIOps) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, EKS).

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, and integrating observability into DevOps/CI-CD workflows.

Practical experience with GenAI frameworks/APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning model.

Experience with AI and Agentic AI - including how to leverage it both as product features (e.g., anomaly detection, predictive analytics)



and as a productivity enhancer (e.g., AI copilots, automated documentation, CI/CD validation).

Experience integrating AI with observability or DevOps platforms, leveraging automation and intelligent alerting for RCA and performance optimization.

Good to have:
Intermediate/Architect level Certifications in New Relic, Datadog, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, or SRE/DevOps practices.

Experience in Agile development techniques, including Scrum, Kanban etc.

Good understanding of security and regulatory compliances as well as Identity and Access management based on RBAC using policies and IAM

Good understanding of security and responsible AI (RAI) usage of tools and technologies in AIOps
