Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Presales team to achieve lead conversion and site visit targets.
- Develop and implement lead management and customer engagement strategies.
- Monitor inbound and outbound lead generation activities.
- Ensure prompt customer query resolution and an exceptional customer experience.
- Track team performance through KPIs, MIS reports, and CRM dashboards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the Presales team to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams for seamless lead handover.
- Optimize CRM processes to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting.
- Analyze lead quality, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
- Drive continuous process improvements to maximize sales opportunities.
