Academic - Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
(B.E.I.T. / BSc. IT / BCA / MCA)

Experience 2-3 Year's of Experience

Competencies - T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, AI tools.

Role Objective / Purpose:
We are looking for MSBI developer, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining Microsoft Business Intelligence solutions to support the organization's data analysis and reporting needs.
The role is responsible for managing MIS and regulatory reporting, supporting ad hoc data requirements, monitoring daily data processes, and developing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
The position will work closely with Finance, MIS, DBA, IT, and other business teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data and reporting support.

Primary Responsibilities
Robust knowledge of T-SQL programming.
Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures.
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
Executing and monitoring existing SQL processes.
Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).




Able to analyze and enhance existing SSRS reports.
Design, Develop and maintain ETL packages to load data from various data sources using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Should be able to create Power BI dashboards, KPI's, visualizations.
Knowledge of DAX queries would be added advantage.
Designing and implementing SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) tabular models for data analysis.

Knowledge of MDX (Multidimensional Expressions) queries would be added advantage.
Automate Excel-based reporting and data-processing activities using Power Query.
Automate the preparation of data from industry public disclosures using AI tools.
Use of AI tools, for data extraction, data preparation, process automation, and reduction of manual effort.
Involved in multiple automation projects of premium and claims through SSIS and SSRS.
Working closely with MIS Team to support their month end activities and Ad-Hoc requests.
Maintenance of MIS Server and Co-ordinating with Infra and DBA team for the same.
