Position: Manager Sales & Operations (GSP)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Experience: 10+ Years Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

- Own and achieve sales targets for the GSP business unit.
- Generate and manage inbound and outbound sales pipelines.
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing SAP client accounts.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, Tax Heads, and IT decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and the GST/e-Invoicing ecosystem.

Operations & Client Management

- Oversee onboarding and implementation of current GSP clients.
- Ensure high service delivery standards and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Product and Technical teams to resolve customer escalations.
- Establish and monitor SOPs for client servicing, renewals, and compliance activities.
- Manage, mentor,



and guide the Sales & Operations team.
- Track business performance, revenue, pipeline, customer retention, and churn metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Sales with Enterprise Software, SaaS, FinTech, Compliance-Tech, ERP, or IT Solutions.
- Experience in GST, e-Invoicing, e-Way Bill, GSP, ASP, or Tax Technology is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing both sales and operational delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management with CXOs, CFOs, Finance Heads, Tax Teams, and IT Leaders.
- Experience working with or selling into the SAP ecosystem is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
