Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Engineer – Civil to support the execution of our
residential construction sites in Ahmedabad. This role offers a strong learning platform for site coordination,
technical supervision, and execution support under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist senior engineers in executing day-to-day construction activities.
* Monitor labor allocation, material distribution,



and site cleanliness.
* Support the implementation of architectural and structural drawings on-site.
* Ensure adherence to safety and construction quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and vendors during site execution.
* Maintain daily site reports, measurement records, and assist in billing verification.
* Escalate site issues or deviations promptly to the reporting engineer.

Skills & Competencies
* Understanding of basic civil construction practices and technical drawings.
* Ability to supervise small teams and handle ground-level execution.
* Working knowledge of site measurements, material tracking, and checklists.
* Basic proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
* Strong coordination, discipline, and reporting skills.

Education & Experience Criteria – Requirement Qualification
* B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
* 1–2 years in in office construction (residential preferred)
