Resolve carrier-related billing, payment, and reconciliation issues in a timely
manner.
Handle vendor queries and resolve payment-related issues.
Perform periodic reconciliation of Accounts Payable and ensure accuracy of
outstanding balances.
Monitor and follow up on Accounts Receivable to ensure timely collections and
minimize overdue payments.
Prepare aging reports for payables and receivables and provide regular status
updates to management.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist with audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
