Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
ï‚· Perform accurate data entry of engineering and production-related information into
the ERP system.
ï‚· Create, update, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP.
ï‚· Enter and update item masters, material codes, and engineering data.
ï‚· Read and interpret mechanical design drawings for data entry purposes.
ï‚· Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Stores teams for accurate data
updates.
ï‚· Maintain revision history of drawings and BOMs in the ERP system.
ï‚· Ensure accuracy and consistency of engineering data across all systems.
ï‚· Generate basic ERP reports as required by the Engineering and Production teams.
ï‚· Verify engineering documents before entering data into the ERP system.
ï‚· Maintain proper documentation and records of engineering data.
Required Skills

ï‚· Basic knowledge of ERP software (any Manufacturing ERP).
ï‚· Understanding of Mechanical Engineering drawings.
ï‚· Basic knowledge of Bill of Materials (BOM).
ï‚· Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
ï‚· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
ï‚· Good analytical and documentation skills.
ï‚· Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
