Job Description:

- Create, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards, including documentation

- Exposure to latest construction practices

- Preparation of checklists, formats related to quality and safety

- Random review of checklist, formats and test reports

- Ensuring regular material testing in Independent third party Laboratory

- Assisting and Guiding Project team for better quality of work and improving site safety

- Knowledge of material testing and Concrete mix design

- Analyse construction process and observations to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement, then develop and implement corrective actions.

- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and regulations.

- Investigate quality and safety issues to determine the root cause and lead the resolution process with relevant teams.





- Mentor and train junior engineers and work with various teams (mix design, improvement in construction practices) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

- Monitor key quality metrics, analyse performance data, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.

- Ensure best practises for QA/QC .

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

- Experience: 14+ years with experience in real estate / building projects of large size with minimum 6 years in QA-QC Domain

- Educational Qualification: BE / B.Tech Civil (Minimum),.

- Skilled Qualification:- ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45000:2018 added advantage

- Industry: Real Estate / PMC / Building Construction / Contracting / EPC / TPI
