n Job Summary :-
n We are seeking a Senior BIM Engineer with 4–6 years of experience and strong expertise in MEPF services. The candidate will be responsible for Revit-based modeling and coordination across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, clash-free deliverables, along with preparation and submission of shop drawings. Experience in data center projects will be an added advantage.
n Key Responsibilities :-
n n Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit.
n Perform coordination across architectural, structural, and MEPF disciplines.
n Identify and resolve clashes using coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks).
n Prepare shop drawing sheets from BIM models as per project standards.
n Manage drawing extraction, detailing,
and timely submission of drawings.
n Ensure all drawings are accurate, coordinated, and compliant with client requirements.
n Support project teams in coordination meetings and technical discussions.
n Assist in updating as-built models as per site inputs.
n n Required Skills & Qualifications:-
n n Strong proficiency in Revit (MEPF modeling and coordination).
n Good understanding of MEPF systems and services.
n Experience in shop drawing preparation and submission workflows.
n Familiarity with clash detection tools such as Navisworks.
n Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n Positive communication and teamwork skills.
n n Preferred Qualifications:-
n n Experience in data center projects is an added advantage.
n n Familiarity with BIM standards and project workflows.
