n 1+ Years of Experience in Customer Service / Order Management
n Excellent English Communication Skills
n Key Responsibilities
n Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, tracking, and delivery
n Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
n Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items
n Coordinate with warehouse and internal teams to resolve order-related issues
n Analyze and resolve customer complaints, escalating when required
n Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
n Accurately enter and maintain customer order records
n Required Skills
n Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
n Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
n Fluent in English (Written & Verbal)
