Job Description Position- Area Sales Manager – GT
n Location – Mumbai
n KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n • Achieve Primary, Secondary Sales and distribution targets.
n • Expand Distribution: Achieving Numeric & Weighted distribution targets and ensuring
n visibility.
n • Team Management - Recruitment, retention and training for team.
n • Infrastructure building - Build and sustain a network of channel partners
n • Finances - Managing outstandings and collection for the concerned area.
n • Implementation, review and monitoring of sales systems - Field Assist and MIS
n reporting etc.
n • Sales Forecasting - Minimising the variances between forecast and actuals.
n • Execution of BTL activations, sampling activations in the region.
n • Overseeing the zone operations related to stock, claims, manpower, infrastructure.
n Minimum Qualifications - Preferably MBA
n Overall experience - 8 to 15 years
n Relevant experience – 8 to10 years in GT sales
n Preferred Companies - FMCG, OTC, Telecom
