Job Description MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
n • Must be from the Insurance Broking Industry
n • Strong expertise in Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
n • Experience in handling corporate and large-value claims.
n • Min 10 yrs of experience in handling commercial claims.
n ABOUT THE CLIENT
n Our client is a composite insurance and reinsurance broking and has built a solid presence,
n particularly in the commercial lines and species space.
n JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
n • Manage end-to-end Commercial Property and Fire Claims.
n • Handle large and complex loss assessments and claim settlements.
n • Liaise with insurers, surveyors, loss adjusters and corporate clients.
n • Review policy coverage, claim documentation and survey reports.




n • Drive timely claim resolution and customer satisfaction.
n • Support claim negotiations and settlement strategies.
n • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal processes.
n • Prepare claims MIS, report and management updates.
n QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
n • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
n • Professional certifications such as IRDAI licensing, Associate/Fellow of the Insurance Institute
n of India (III), CII (UK), or AIRM are an added advantage.
