n Location: GIDC Kabilpore, Navsari, Gujarat
n CNC Turning Operator
n * Operate CNC Turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings.
n * Perform machine setup, tool offset adjustments, and tool changes.
n * Monitor machining operations to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
n * Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Bore Gauge.
n * Follow safety standards and carry out routine machine maintenance.
n HMC Operator (Horizontal Machining Center)
n * Set up and operate HMC machines for precision machining of metal components.
n * Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
n * Perform tool setting, offset corrections, and machine parameter adjustments.
n * Inspect machined parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
n * Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
n VMC Operator (Vertical Machining Center)
n * Operate VMC machines to produce components as per technical drawings.
n * Perform machine setup, tool loading, and offset adjustments.
n * Monitor machining processes and make necessary corrections.
n * Check finished components using precision measuring instruments.
n * Ensure proper machine maintenance and adherence to safety guidelines.




n Surface Grinder Machine Operator
n * Operate surface grinding machines to achieve accurate dimensions and surface finish.
n * Set up workpieces and grinding wheels according to job requirements.
n * Measure and inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools.
n * Perform routine maintenance and keep the machine in valuable working condition.
n * Follow quality standards and workplace safety practices.
n EDM Wire Cut Machine Operator
n * Operate EDM Wire Cut machines for precision cutting of metal components.
n * Set up jobs, fixtures, and machining parameters as per drawings.
