Job Description Responsibilities
n n Lead the Academic and Non-Academic functions in the respective campus.
n Articulate a strategic vision for the school and the ability to lead and manage change to achieve that vision.
n Design and deliver annual academic priorities and strategies in line with the organisation's business plan.
n Promote and support the mission, vision, and direction of Global Schools Foundation.
n Oversee the IB, ICSE curriculum in the campus
n Develop and provide appropriate learning, curriculum programmes and methods of instruction.
n Work closely to understand student achievements, results, and feedback in the campus, and to identify areas for improvement.
n Evaluate teaching programmes' relevancy and effectiveness relating to the development of students' cognitive, physical, aesthetic, social, moral, and leadership capabilities.
n Develop, monitor, and review strategic plans and processes to best employ expertise, talent, and resources for the campus.
n Communicate regularly with faculty, staff and parents to improve the student experience and increase retention.
n Effectively take the School forward in a variety of internal and external forums.
n Inspire and lead a structured leadership team in a results-driven environment.




n Collaborate with the Senior Manager Admissions to increase admission numbers and strengthen the campus's reputation.
n Discuss the previous year's data to determine trends and make predictions for the current year in terms of potential enrolment numbers and the various expenses.
n Manage budgets effectively and according to school and faculty strategic priorities.
n Build and maintain effective collaborative partnerships within and external to the School to support the mission and objectives of the School, and foundation.
n Have a strong sense of equity, fairness and ethics to ensure a secure, diverse and respectful working environment which supports high performance and the development of staff.
n n Qualifications
n n Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in education or equivalent.
n Experience: 12-15 Years of Senior Leadership experience.
n In-depth knowledge and experience in the IB curriculum at a leadership role.
n n Required Skills
