n Compensation: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month + performance incentives + ESOPs (vesting)

n The Role
n You are the voice of Platestory to every customer. You'll understand what each celebration needs, present our work in a way that makes people fall in love with it, and close with warmth and professionalism — across three cities and growing.
n What You'll Do
n n Engage customers across every channel — calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email — to understand the occasion and recommend the right creation
n Own inbound inquiries end to end, with fast, polished, on-brand responses
n Build outbound and B2B pipeline — corporate gifting, bulk orders, recurring accounts — for predictable growth beyond walk-in demand

n Keep the CRM immaculate — every lead and interaction logged
n Hit and beat monthly targets across cities
n Drive customer delight that turns into five-star reviews, referrals, and repeat orders
n Take part in sales training and help organize promotional events
n n What You Bring
n n Languages: Telugu, Tamil( basic, but not mandatory), and English — required, since you'll be selling across Hyderabad, Chennai, and Coimbatore. Hindi is a welcome bonus.
n 0–2 years of sales experience; retail, hospitality, or food-service background is a plus. Sharp freshers with genuine hustle are welcome.
n Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n Comfortable using social media as a sales channel
n Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
n Genuinely target-driven, with real ownership over your numbers
