Job Description Purple Heron Hospitals is expanding and looking for 3 dynamic Marketing PROs to strengthen our referral network and drive healthcare business growth.
n Who Can Apply?
n Freshers: MBA in Marketing (Healthcare exposure preferred)
n Experienced Professionals: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, hospital business development, or doctor relationship management.
n Key Responsibilities
n Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, physiotherapists, cosmetic salons, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
n Develop referral partnerships across specialties including Plastic Surgery, ENT, Dermatology, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Dentistry, PMR, and more.
n Visit doctors and healthcare institutions to introduce Purple Heron Hospitals' advanced facilities and specialist services.
n Promote OT and hospital infrastructure for consultants requiring surgical facilities.
n Identify new business opportunities and strategic collaborations.




n Execute outreach programs, CMEs, doctor engagement activities, and referral campaigns.
n Maintain strong professional relationships and achieve business growth targets.
n Requirements

n Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and partner meetings.
