About the Role

The Deputy Vice President – Meta Subscription Sales will lead multi-city operations for the Meta Business Agent (WhatsApp Business) program, driving large-scale execution, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

The role requires ownership of regional P&L;, team performance, strategic expansion, and high-quality onboarding & activation of businesses onto the Meta Business Agent platform.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Regional Strategy & Ownership

- Drive end-to-end business performance across multiple cities/regions.
- Own regional targets including visits, activations, and revenue metrics.
- Develop and execute scalable growth strategies for market expansion.
- Manage P&L; accountability and cost optimization.

2️⃣ Large Team Leadership

- Lead City Managers, Team Leaders, and large field sales teams.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing leadership pipelines.
- Drive governance, accountability, and performance culture.
- Own hiring, training, and retention strategies.

3️⃣ Performance Management & Analytics

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across cities.
- Leverage MIS, dashboards, and analytics to drive decisions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Drive productivity optimization per headcount.

4️⃣ ⚙️ Operational Excellence

- Ensure seamless execution of Meta Business Agent onboarding, activations and paid subscriptions .
- Maintain SOP adherence and process standardization.
- Drive quality control and audit mechanisms.
- Optimize field operations, routing, and coverage efficiency.

5️⃣ Stakeholder Management





- Interface with Program Managers, Meta stakeholders, and leadership teams.
- Present performance reviews, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with Training, Product, and Operations teams.

6️⃣ Expansion & Market Development

- Identify new market opportunities and growth levers.
- Drive regional expansion and new city launches.
- Strengthen local partnerships and ecosystem relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 12+ years of overall experience , preferably in large-scale sales operations.
- Proven experience managing large field sales teams across multiple locations .
- Strong exposure to B2B Sales, Fintech, EDC/POS Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Digital Onboarding, SaaS or WhatsApp Business ecosystem .
- Experience in target-driven, high-volume field sales environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage P&L;, forecasting, and business planning .
- High ownership and robust execution focus.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
