Job Description: A Logistics Manager oversees the entire supply chain, coordinating the storage, transportation, and distribution of goods. Their primary goal is to optimize processes, minimize costs, and ensure products are delivered safely and on time. [1, 2] Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, maintain accurate warehouse records, and ensure proper storage conditions. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Transportation & Routing: Select shipping carriers, negotiate rates, and design efficient delivery routes to meet budget constraints. [1, 2]
- Shipment Tracking: Manage both inbound and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely fulfillment and addressing any delivery delays. [1, 2]
- Vendor Negotiation: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and 3PL providers. [1, 2, 3]

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all logistical processes strictly adhere to international trade regulations, customs, and warehouse safety standards. [1, 2]
- Data Analysis & Reporting:



Monitor logistics performance metrics (KPIs), conduct root-cause analysis for disruptions, and report progress to senior management. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with supply chain management (SCM) software, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities, sharp negotiation and communication skills, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
