Job Description: An HR Manager in a cement plant bridges the gap between management and the factory workforce. - Industrial Relations (IR) & Union Management:
- Lead collective bargaining and negotiate settlements with labor unions.

- Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure strict adherence to labor regulations (e.g., Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, Minimum Wages Act).
- Oversee factory license renewals, audits, and coordinate with government labor authorities. [1, 2]

- Contract Labor Management:

- Monitor staffing, minimum wages, and attendance for all contractual workers.
- Ensure contractors comply with strict safety protocols and provide necessary welfare facilities. [1, 2]

- Recruitment & Retention:

- Handle manpower planning for both permanent and seasonal operational roles.
- Execute onboarding, training,



and performance management across departments. [1, 2]

- Employee Welfare & Safety:

- Administer employee benefits, insurance, and medical facilities.
- Collaborate with the safety department to promote a safety-first culture and enforce site-wide policies.

Essential Qualifications

- Education: A postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labor Law. [1]
