Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a creative and financially-curious individual to manage and grow social media presence. You'll be the voice of our brand — simplifying personal finance, investing, and money concepts for everyday Indians through engaging short-form content. You'll work closely with our in-house editing team, so your focus is on ideas, shooting, and storytelling — not post-production.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conceptualize and shoot short-form videos and reels on iPhone, then hand them off to our editors for post-production

• Research and stay on top of social media trends across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X — and apply them creatively to finance content

• Write captions, scripts, and hooks that make financial topics accessible and engaging for young audiences





• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms

• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure the final output aligns with the brief and brand tone

• Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and actively build a following

• Track performance metrics and share regular insights to improve reach and engagement MUST-HAVES

• Strong sense of social media trends and viral content formats

• Comfortable shooting on iPhone — good eye for framing and lighting

• Good written communication in English and/or Hindi

• Self-starter who can work with a team and manage deadlines VALUABLE TO HAVE
