Educational Qualification

Diploma in Engineering

Experience Required

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Age Criteria

20 to 30 years

Roles & Responsibilities

Inspection & Testing

- Perform dimensional checks using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges, CMM, and other precision instruments
- Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections of machined parts
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, tolerances, and customer specifications

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain inspection records, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and quality logs




- Support audits by ensuring traceability and documentation readiness

Process Control

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions

Compliance

- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and relevant quality standards
- Follow safety and housekeeping protocols in the machine shop
