Job Description:

Position : Sr. Proposal Engineer/ Lead Proposal Engineer

Location : Gurugram

Salary Budget : Upto 8 Lacs p.a.

Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing techno-commercial quotations, coordinating with design, production, dispatch, and accounts departments, and ensuring smooth execution of customer orders for cooling towers, spare parts, and related equipment.

Required Skills:

- 7 + years in sales coordination from EPC Companies.

- Must have strong experience with making Technical quotations or Proposals.

- Robust communication and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of industrial sales processes.

- Good command on MS Excel, Word, ERP, and CRM tools.

- Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups effectively.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries related to cooling towers, spares, servicing, and AMC requirements.

- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents as per customer requirements.





- Coordinate with design/technical team for specifications, sizing, drawings, and technical offers.

- Follow up with customers for quotations, negotiations, approvals, and purchase orders.

- Process sales orders and coordinate with production/planning team for timely manufacturing.

- Coordinate dispatch schedules, logistics, and delivery timelines with customers.

- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, orders, pending follow-ups, and sales MIS reports.

- Support sales team in preparing comparative statements, costing sheets, and order status reports.

- Coordinate with accounts team for invoices, payments, outstanding follow-up, and documentation.

- Handle customer complaints, service requests, and coordinate with after-sales/service team.

- Assist in vendor registration, tender participation, and portal submissions.

- Maintain CRM/database of clients such as HVAC contractors, consultants, industries, EPC companies, and end users.
