We are hiring a CFO in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Department: Finance & Accounts
Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile / Corporate (customizable)
Experience: 10–15+ Years
Salary: As per experience & strategic fit

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with company goals

- Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and Management

- Support business expansion, capex planning, and cost optimization

Financial Management & Control

- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, Audit, etc.)

- Liaison with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies

- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance

Risk Management





- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Manage credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk

- Ensure financial stability and sustainability

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor finance, accounts, and taxation teams

- Set KPIs and ensure high performance across the finance function

Stakeholder Management

- Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and consultants

- Support fund raising, loan negotiations, and financial due diligence

Key Skills & Competencies

- Robust expertise in Finance, Accounting, Taxation & Compliance

- Strategic thinking & analytical skills

- Excellent leadership and decision-making ability

- Strong knowledge of ERP systems & financial tools

- Business acumen with manufacturing/automobile exposure preferred

Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) – Mandatory

- Additional certifications will be an advantage

Preferred Background

- Manufacturing / Automobile / Industrial background

- Experience in managing large-scale operations and audits
