Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Prepare comprehensive fire protection designs and accurate cost estimates for
engineering fire-related projects.
 Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to understand the project scope,
gather necessary information, and develop detailed cost estimates.
 Work effectively with various internal teams and external contractors to discuss,
coordinate, and resolve any issues related to estimating and design.
 Responsible for preparing detailed designs related to fire protection systems.
 Provide technical expertise and support in the planning and execution phases of fire
protection projects.
 Oversee the supply, installation, and servicing of fire protection & detection systems
 Coordinate with internal execution teams to ensure timely project completion




 Monitor and review project progress to ensure quality and timeliness
 Manage resources, budgets, and project risks effectively

Skills and Competencies Required:

 Robust understanding of engineering principles, particularly related to fire protection
systems.
 Proficient in mathematics and applying engineering calculations for accurate designs and
cost estimation.
 Proficiency in MS Office for documentation, reporting, and communication.
 Advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating and modifying detailed fire protection designs.
 Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work collaboratively with both internal
teams and external contractors.
