Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Ready Mix Concrete products through comprehensive quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in concrete technology and mix design, along with proven experience in the RMC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards of product quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize concrete mix designs for performance and efficiency.
- Identify and address areas for improvement in production processes to enhance quality and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety,



and environmental regulations at all stages of production.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff on quality-related issues.
- Manage documentation and records related to quality control activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Ready Mix Concrete industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and quality control methodologies.
- Previous experience working in a Ready Mix Concrete Plant is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving quality objectives.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for quality management.
