Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial accounting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L; accounts.
Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and risk management strategies.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Lead and mentor the accounting team for efficient operations.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and compliance.
Expertise in Tally, SAP, or other accounting software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle financial risks effectively.
