- Analyze client business requirements and propose scalable solution options.
- Design, configure, and implement enhancements for:
- - Public Portal (English & French) for nomination intake
- - Selection Committee Member Portal
- - Case Management System (CMS)
- - SharePoint Online integration
- Update technical architecture and functional design documents.
- Manage and administer cloud-based environments: DEV, UAT, PROD.
- Collaborate with OPS stakeholders on system integrations and infrastructure enhancements.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full lifecycle solution design and configuration.
- Proficiency in:
- MS Dynamics 365 CRM
- MS Power App Portal
- MS Power Automate
- MS Azure Services (AD, DevOps, KeyVault, Attachment Storage)
