We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Liaison Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, ensure compliance, and represent the company's interests effectively. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of local regulations are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with government officials, regulatory bodies, and community leaders.
* Facilitate communication between the company and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
* Represent the company at meetings, conferences, and other events.
* Manage permits, licenses, and other regulatory approvals.
* Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the company.
* Prepare and submit reports on liaison activities.
* Communicate proficiently in written and spoken Hindi and English using vocabulary well suited to the respective department or respected addressee.
* Filing all the documents in accordance with their respective usage, importance, and validity
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a related field.
* Solid understanding of relevant government regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of local language and customs.
Other Requisites:
a) Salary: 25,000 to 35,000
b) Candidates from states other than Chhattisgarh are preferred
c) Experience of a minimum of 5 years
