Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations and overlooking HealthTech products.

• Vendor Communication, management, and coordination for the production of electromechanical devices as well as for R&D; purchase.

• Finding new vendors and communicating with them for bulk orders, pricing negotiations, etc.

• Production planning and timeline generation along with the latest pricing check.

• Ensuring timely delivery of Product according to the delivery timeline.

• Provide meaningful training, guidance, and nurturing to the supervisory staff.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in assembly line and production processes.

• Inventory monitoring daily to plan weekly production based on the requirement.

• Vendor Finance Management along with bookkeeping.





• Interact with Engineering, Marketing, and Management to ensure quality and product performance requirements are met as per the requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in basic hardware designing and testing

• Bachelors in Electronics or equivalent

• Experience handling independent execution with minimal guidance.

• Prior experience in technical/commercial purchasing/shipping

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team workplace

• Key skills: Embedded Testing, Creating test cases, Procurement, MS Office
