- Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical presses, stamping machines, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and other production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs and documentation for all machinery and utility equipment.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and complies with industry standards.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management of spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Support installation and commissioning of recent machines and equipment.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality protocols strictly on the shop floor.
- Maintain AMCs and liaise with external service providers when necessary.
