Job Description:

Position: Asst. Manager- Export & Logistic

Location: Sachin Nearby Surat

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Stay updated and ensure adherence to export regulations, customs requirements, and environmental standards relevant to the chemical industry.
- Issue and manage certificates, documentation and licenses necessary for export activities.
- Timely renewal of licences, certificate and other relevant documents for the shipping and air freight.
- Ensure compliance related to packaging including packaging material requirement for various finished positive products and maintaining the stock of the same.
- Ensure approval of certificates, pre-shipment and post-shipment documents for export procedure.
- Negotiate with agencies for storage of materials to be export, prepare and maintain regular MIS of materials in storage.
- Proficiency in intercoms and global shipping knowledge
- Trade Regulations and knowledge
- Oversee the coordination of transportation,



including shipping, air freight, and trucking, Customs to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations. Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics service providers.

Required Skills

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Timely submission of Pre and Post Shipment Documentation.
- Zero Non-Compliance against COO (Country of origin Documentation).
- Ensure Zero Defaults in documentation in
- Customer & ISO Audit.
- Accuracy of MIS Reports
- Timely Delivery of MIS Reports
- Knowledge improvement in Export & Logistics

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
