Technical Skills:

· Must know MS Project for schedule development, Task sequencing, resource allocation and progress tracking.

· Should have strong knowledge in Auto Cad.

· Should have solid problem solving skills.

· Should have clear and effective communication skills with various stakeholders, project team, contractors, consultants and senior management.

Project Scheduling and Planning:

· Prepare comprehensive project schedules in MS Project.

· To establish key milestones, deadlines and timelines for critical project stages ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectation.

· Identify resource needs based on project requirements.

· Monitor resource usage to ensure cost effective allocation, avoiding bottlenecks and minimizing wastage.

· Monitoring the progress of the project.

· Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the management by providing updates on progress, risks and overall project status.
