n Role Description:
n This role is focused on owning end-to-end delivery for client hiring needs through interview services. You will be responsible for ensuring interviews are executed smoothly, efficiently, and lead to successful hiring outcomes.
n This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused role where you will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality, speed, and reliability in hiring processes.
n Candidates with experience in staffing, recruitment, IT Service or Consulting industry are preferred.
n Responsibilities:
n What you'll do:
n n Own end-to-end interview delivery service for client accounts
n Understand client hiring requirements (roles, skills, timelines, urgency)
n Plan and manage interview flow to ensure timely execution
n Coordinate with internal teams and interviewers for smooth scheduling and completion
n Ensure interviews are conducted on time with high quality and proper feedback
n Act as the primary point of contact for clients during active delivery
n Share regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure smooth communication




n Troubleshoot real-time issues (no-shows, reschedules, delays)
n Track key delivery metrics like:
n Turnaround Time (TAT)
n Interview completion rates
n Quality of feedback
n Identify gaps in delivery (delays, low conversion, quality issues) and fix them proactively
n Ensure interview processes contribute effectively to client hiring outcomes
n Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups for assigned accounts
n Maintain overall account health through consistent delivery and communication
n n What we are looking for:
n n 3+ years of experience in account management / client servicing / B2B roles
n Strong communication + stakeholder management skills
n High ownership mindset
n Ability to handle multiple tasks without losing your mind
n Comfortable working in a high-speed, slightly chaotic startup environment
n Detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
n Comfortable handling billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
n Willingness to do client visits and on-ground coordination when required
n Strong ownership mindset - ability to manage things end-to-end
n Experience working with targets, timelines, or SLAs
n Comfortable handling multiple moving parts in a fast-paced setting
n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n Problem-solving mindset - ability to handle real-time challenges
n Experience in billing, invoicing, or account coordination is a plus
