n n Recruit, Lead and support the sales team to improve performance
n Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
n Build and maintain customer relationships.

n Conduct regular market visits.
n Monitor competitor activities.
n Ensure timely order collection and payments.
n n Candidate Profile:
n n A bachelor's degree in any industry.
n 3+ years of sales & marketing experience
n Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
n Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is required.
