n Sukoon Health is looking for a Manager – Front Office to lead our front office operations and ensure an exceptional experience for every patient and visitor.
n Key Responsibilities:
n n Manage OPD & IPD front office operations
n Lead and mentor the front office team
n Oversee patient registration, admissions, appointments, and billing coordination
n Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations
n Drive service excellence through efficient processes and patient-centric care
n n What We're Looking For:
n n Bachelor's degree in any discipline
n Experience in front office or customer service roles (healthcare experience preferred)
n Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
