Job Description At PineQ Lab Technology, we are looking for empathetic and clear-spoken professionals to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. In this role, you aren't just answering phones, but you are ensuring patients get to their life-critical medical appointments on time.
n Your Impact:
n As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the bridge between patients and their healthcare providers.
n Your day-to-day will involve:
n ● Coordinating Care: Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule and confirm medical rides. ● Problem Solving: Resolving real-time logistics issues for patients and transport partners.
n ● Precise Documentation: Maintaining high-accuracy logs of all interactions in a rapid-paced environment.
n What are we looking for?
n ● Communication: Fluent and clear English (B2/C1 level).
n ● Experience: At least 6+ months in an International BPO environment.
n ● Education:



Graduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome.
n ● Mindset: You are empathetic, patient-focused, and can keep a cool head during high call volumes.
